Being a Blogger, you always have to exchange links with other sites and very often have to purchase links from other pages also.
In a long term link building process you have to build tens of thousands of links. Do you ever spend time to check whether all your old links which you purchased are still there or not.
There are very high chances that the other webmaster may have dropped your link after collecting the payments. It is also a very time consuming process to check back links daily and practically impossible.

webkatalog, you can use this plugin to check the link which u have purchased or exchanged with other websites are still up on their websites or not.
In other words i can only say that being a blogger you exchange links from other bloggers( you put their website link on your website and in exchange they will put your website link on their website). This is used to exchange traffic between those 2 websites + it also affects your google pagerank(everybody is running after it).

Guys – Is it true that Google’s rankings have been cracked? I read on CNET that http://VerifiedFile.com has pissed off Google & Yahoo with some crazy method to stealing on the top ranks.

I’m using Wordpress 2.8.3 – but your Plugin doesn’t work.
I see only the text: “Checking Links, Please Wait, It may take some time depending upon your internet speed … “an a red cross before.
Please help me. Thank you!

I have the same problems as a person above,
after clicking on “CHECK LINKS”
I have this message that doesn’t go away
“Checking Links, Please Wait, It may take some time depending upon your internet speed …”
I use Word Press 2.8.2
Is there anything needs to be corrected ?
